Spotlight Reporting, the Wellington-based cloud software company, has secured $5 million in a Series A raise.
The fresh capital includes contributions from NZVIF-backed Venture Capital Fund Global from Day One Fund 2, ex-Xero Director and Spotlight Reporting Chairman Graham Shaw, Vend Director David Wilson, MYOB co-founder and Xero Director Craig Winkler and others.
CEO and Founder Richard Francis also contributed to the Series A: “Spotlight Reporting continues to go from strength to strength, so raising smart capital allows us to maintain momentum and open up new opportunities in line with our ambition to be a global leader in our space.”
Global from Day One Fund 2 Managing Partner Chintaka Ranatunga joins Graham Shaw, Richard Francis and Miki Szikszai on the Spotlight Reporting Board of Directors.
